AgileTech was established in 2015 as a pure-play agile software engineering house. As global enterprise clients demanded dedicated engineering squads and compliant employer-of-record models, TechHub Asia was founded in 2020.
By 2024, the commoditization of baseline code generation by generative AI made linear hourly billing an exposed business model. Agile Tech Group was formed to unite delivery, workforce, and incubation under one capital allocation strategy.
2015: AgileTech Founded Delivery Engine
Rigorous agile software delivery practice established. Earned ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications required by global enterprise buyers in Japan, EU, and the United States.
2020: TechHub Asia Launched Talent Infrastructure
Created to provide cross-border engineering squads, staff augmentation, and BOT offshore development centres.
2024 to 2026: Agile Tech Group Formed • ATG Labs Announced Venture Compounding
Unified corporate group established above operating entities. ATG Labs initiated to capture repeatable client engineering problems into proprietary AI accelerators and venture spinouts.
